AXIOM AI 收集的个人数据
我们深信,AXIOM AI 能够为你提供出色的学习体验,并有效保护你的隐私。鉴于我们的无服务器架构(Serverless Architecture),我们收集的数据被严格限制在最小范围内。
账户标识
当你使用“通过 Apple 登录”时,我们仅获取你的 Apple 账户唯一标识符。这是 CloudKit 私有数据库同步所必需的技术凭证。我们不会请求、访问或存储你的电子邮件地址。
个人资料(可选)

私有数据库中,绝不上传至开发者或第三方的服务器。
零追踪承诺与 Apple 诊断

的隐私设计,即使是开发者也无法查看存储在
CloudKit 私有数据库中的内容。
AXIOM AI 对个人数据的使用
我们依照《通用数据保护条例》(GDPR)、《加州消费者隐私法》(CCPA)、《个人信息保护法》(PIPL) 及你所在地区的适用法律,基于以下法律依据处理你的个人数据:

AXIOM AI 对个人数据的共享
AXIOM AI
采用严格的“无状态(Stateless)”策略处理需要云端辅助的功能,并在架构上实现了“身份与数据彻底分离”:发送到云端的仅是完成请求所必需的学习片段,不包含可直接识别你个人身份的信息。我们与之合作的云服务商只作为算力引擎,不得将这些片段用于建立用户画像或长期存储;我们不会向这些服务商提供可直接识别你身份的账户信息,开发者无法窥探你的原始学习内容,云端模型也无法仅凭这些片段直接认出你的身份和个人信息。
生成式 AI 服务
当你主动使用翻译或上下文生成等功能时,我们会通过企业级付费 API(可能包括但不限于 DeepSeek、Google
Gemini、ChatGPT等)向云端发送完成该请求所必需且已去标识化的文本内容。根据我们与服务商的企业协议,你的输入数据(Input)和生成内容(Output)被严格禁止用于训练其 AI
模型或建立任何形式的用户画像。相关数据仅用于当次请求的瞬时计算,在处理完成后即刻从系统中删除,不进行持久化存储。
CloudKit 数据同步
我们使用 Apple 的 CloudKit 服务作为唯一的数据后端。这不仅仅是数据共享,更是数据托管:用于长期存储的核心学习数据实际上从未离开过 Apple 的安全生态圈,只存在于你的 iCloud
私有数据库中,由 Apple 负责加密和物理安全。AXIOM AI 作为开发者只能通过系统提供的受限接口读写数据,无法直接查看你的原始内容。
你在 AXIOM AI 的隐私权
在 AXIOM AI,我们尊重你获知、访问、更正、传输、限制处理和删除你的个人数据的能力。我们向我们全球的每一位用户提供这些权利,如果你选择行使这些隐私权,你有权不受到 AXIOM AI
的区别对待,有权从

我们完全依赖 Apple 的“通过 Apple 登录”和“家庭共享”机制来处理未成年人账户。如果未满 13 周岁的儿童需要使用本 App,家长可以通过 Apple 家庭共享功能为其创建儿童 Apple

国际数据传输
AXIOM AI

数据保留
AXIOM AI
保留个人数据的时间仅限于满足收集目的所需的时间,并遵循本隐私政策或适用法律的相关要求。我们将根据本隐私政策,在实现其中所述目的所必需的期间内保留你的个人数据。在评估保留期时,我们会先仔细查明是否有必要保留所收集的个人数据,如果需要保留,会努力以法律允许的最短时间来保留个人数据。
由于你的学习数据存储在你的 iCloud 私有数据库中,数据的保留完全由你控制。你可以随时通过 App 内的设置页面删除你的账户和所有数据。删除后,数据将从你的 iCloud
私有数据库中永久删除,无法恢复。
对于临时发送到第三方服务提供商的数据(如翻译文本),这些数据仅用于当次请求的实时计算;依据我们采用的企业级接口和服务条款,相关数据不会被用于训练模型或建立用户画像,在服务完成后即刻从系统中删除,不会被持久化存储。
本地存储技术
与网站使用 Cookie 类似,AXIOM AI 使用设备端本地存储技术(如 UserDefaults、SwiftData 和文件系统缓存)来实现核心功能。
绝对必要的存储
为了记录你的单词掌握程度、保存你的偏好设置(如主题皮肤、音效开关),我们必须在你的设备本地写入这些数据(包括核心算法模型参数)。如果清除这些数据,App 将无法正常运行或丢失进度。
性能缓存
为了节省你的流量并提高加载速度,我们会将生成的音频文件或图片临时缓存在你的设备沙盒中。系统可能会在存储空间不足时自动清理这些缓存,你也可以通过重新安装 App 来彻底清除。
隐私政策的变更
我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策将在应用内公布,并标注更新日期。如果我们对本隐私政策进行重大变更,我们会通过 App
内通知或其他适当方式通知你。继续使用本应用即表示你接受更新后的政策。建议你定期查看本页面以了解最新政策。

AXIOM AI is designed to protect your information and enable you to choose what you share.
What is Personal Data at AXIOM AI?
At AXIOM AI, we believe strongly in fundamental privacy rights — and that those fundamental rights
should not differ depending on where you live in the world. That’s why we treat any data that
relates to an identified or identifiable individual or that is linked or linkable to them by AXIOM
AI as “personal data,” no matter where the individual lives. This means that data that directly
identifies you — such as your Apple ID — is personal data, and data that does not directly identify
you, but that can reasonably be used to identify you — such as your learning records and practice
data — is also personal data.
Personal Data Collected by AXIOM AI
We believe that AXIOM AI can provide excellent learning experiences while effectively protecting your
privacy. Given our Serverless Architecture, we limit the data we collect to the absolute minimum.
Account Identity
When you use "Sign in with Apple", we only receive your unique Apple ID identifier. This is a
technical credential required for CloudKit private database synchronization. We do not request,
access, or store your email address.
Profile Information (Optional)
We ask for a nickname to greet you on the app’s "Account Settings" page. This is entirely optional.
If you choose to hide or not provide a nickname, the App will address you as "You" by default. This
information is stored only locally on your device and in your private iCloud database; it is never
uploaded to developer or third-party servers.
Zero-Tracking Commitment & Apple Diagnostics
We do not integrate any third-party behavioral tracking SDKs (such as Firebase, Umeng, or Facebook
SDK). Your clickstream, browsing habits, and usage time data belong entirely to you. Regarding App
crash data and performance metrics, we rely entirely on Apple's anonymous diagnostic services. Only
if you opt in to "Share Analytics with Developers" in iOS system settings may we receive anonymous
crash reports via Apple for bug fixing.
Learning Data
Your word library records, practice statistics, and multidimensional interaction data. These are the
core elements powering our "Adaptive Intelligence Engine." This data is stored 100% in your iCloud
private database. Per Apple's privacy design, even the developer cannot view the content stored in
the CloudKit private database.
AXIOM AI’s Use of Personal Data
We process your personal data based on the following legal bases in compliance with the General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Personal Information
Protection Law (PIPL), and applicable laws in your region:
- Contract Performance: Processing your learning progress to provide the service
functions you requested.
- Consent: Accessing the microphone for pronunciation assessment based on your
explicit authorization.
- Legitimate Interests: Necessary analysis for cybersecurity, fraud prevention,
and improving App experience.
Providing Our Services
AXIOM AI collects necessary personal data to power our services, which may be used for product or
service improvement, for internal purposes such as auditing or data analysis, or for
troubleshooting. For example, when you practice words, we record your learning progress to provide
personalized review schedules and study recommendations. All such processing is done locally on your
device or within your private iCloud database via Apple's CloudKit service.
On-Device Intelligence
Our core intelligent algorithms use cutting-edge cognitive science models running locally on your
device to deliver personalized learning experiences. The system builds a high-precision "Dynamic
Learning Profile" in real-time to provide millisecond-level personalized recommendations. Your
complete learning data is stored in the iCloud private database (encrypted and managed by Apple),
accessible only by you. When you actively use cloud AI features, we send only the de-identified text
fragments necessary to complete the request for anonymous computation; no identity information is
linked.
Voice Evaluation Service
When you use the oral practice feature, AXIOM AI invokes the Neural Engine locally on your device to
analyze audio data captured by the microphone in real-time for pronunciation feedback. This process
runs entirely offline on your device in a closed loop, involving no network transmission. Audio data
is used solely for instant analysis and is immediately released from memory after processing; it is
never saved, uploaded to servers, or used to train cloud models.
Improving Learning Experience
We use your learning data to improve App features and user experience, such as optimizing word
recommendations and adjusting review intervals. This data is processed only on your device and is
not sent to our servers. We do not collect or analyze your personal learning content for the
developer's commercial purposes.
Security & Compliance
We use on-device security mechanisms to protect the AXIOM AI runtime environment against malicious
intrusion or fraud. Because we adhere to the principle of data minimization and because core data is
stored in your private iCloud container or on your local device, your personal information security
is protected by Apple's rigorous system-level encryption, which even we as developers cannot decrypt
or pry into.
AXIOM AI’s Sharing of Personal Data
AXIOM AI adopts a strict "Stateless" strategy for handling features requiring cloud assistance, and
architecturally implements "Identity and Data Separation": only learning fragments necessary to
complete requests are sent to the cloud, containing no information that can directly identify you
personally. The cloud providers we partner with act solely as computational engines and are
prohibited from using these fragments to build user profiles or for long-term storage; we do not
provide these providers with account information that can directly identify you, developers cannot
pry into your original learning content, and cloud models cannot identify you or your personal
information based solely on these fragments.
Generative AI Services
When you actively use features like translation or context generation, we send de-identified text
content necessary to complete the request to the cloud via enterprise-grade paid APIs (which may
include but are not limited to DeepSeek, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.). Under our enterprise
agreements with providers, your Input data and Output content are strictly prohibited from being
used to train their AI models or build any form of user profile. Relevant data is used only for the
instantaneous computation of the current request and is immediately deleted from the system upon
completion, with no persistent storage.
CloudKit Data Synchronization
We use Apple's CloudKit service as our sole data backend. This is not just data sharing, but data
hosting: core learning data used for long-term storage actually never leaves Apple's secure
ecosystem, existing only in your private iCloud database, with security and encryption managed by
Apple. AXIOM AI as the developer can only read and write data through restricted system interfaces
and cannot directly view your raw content.
Your Privacy Rights at AXIOM AI
At AXIOM AI, we respect your ability to know, access, correct, transfer, restrict the processing of,
and delete your personal data. We provide these rights to our global user base and if you choose to
exercise these privacy rights, you have the right not to be treated in a discriminatory way nor to
receive a lesser degree of service from AXIOM AI. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any
time where you have previously given your consent to the processing of your personal data by AXIOM
AI.
You can exercise your privacy rights by:
- Right to Access: View your learning data, favorite records, and flag lists via
various pages within the App.
- Right to Correction: Update your nickname and avatar photo in the Settings
page.
- Right to Deletion: Delete your account in the Settings page to permanently
remove all personal data and learning records.
- Right to Portability: Export corresponding vocabulary as CSV files from flag
lists and favorite pages.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Revoke permissions (e.g., microphone, photo library)
in iOS system settings, or turn off sound and haptic feedback in App settings.
Since we rely on the CloudKit private database architecture, your learning data is actually stored in
your iCloud account. You can also access or delete your iCloud data via Apple's Data & Privacy
portal.

Protection of Personal Data at AXIOM AI
AXIOM AI believes that great privacy rests on a foundation of great security. We use administrative,
technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data, taking into account the nature of
the personal data and the processing, and the threats posed. We are constantly working to improve on
these safeguards to help keep your personal data secure.
Our security measures include:
- Using HTTPS encryption for all network data transmission.
- Storing learning data in iCloud private databases (security and encryption managed by Apple).
- Not collecting personal information beyond what is necessary for functionality.
- Processing the vast majority of learning data locally on-device; sending only necessary content
in an anonymous, minimized form for computation when you actively use cloud AI features.
- Not storing any user personal data on our own servers.
- Using "Sign in with Apple" to secure your account.
Children and Personal Data
AXIOM AI is designed for users aged 13 and older. We understand the importance of protecting the
personal data of minors, so we use the account system provided by Apple to ensure compliance.
Reliance on Apple Family Sharing
We rely entirely on Apple's "Sign in with Apple" and "Family Sharing" mechanisms to handle accounts
for minors. If a child under 13 needs to use this App, a parent can create a child Apple ID for them
via Apple Family Sharing. Child account creation, parental consent, and privacy controls are managed
by the Apple system; we do not collect additional personal information from children at the App
level.
Managed Accounts for Education
Educational institutions enrolled in Apple School Manager can create Managed Apple IDs for students.
Privacy settings and parental consent flows for these accounts are managed jointly by the
institution and Apple, and we adhere to the same data protection principles.
We do not proactively identify or distinguish between child and adult accounts. All user data is
protected according to the same standards described in this Privacy Policy. If a parent needs to
manage a child's account data or exercise privacy rights, they can do so by logging into the child's
account via the App's settings page, or via Apple Family Sharing parent controls.
Transfer of Personal Data Between Countries
AXIOM AI products and offerings connect you to the world. To make that possible, your personal data
may be transferred to or accessed by entities around the world for the processing activities
described in this Privacy Policy in connection with your use of our products and services. AXIOM AI
complies with laws on the transfer of personal data between countries to help ensure your data is
protected, wherever it may be.
Your learning data is stored in your iCloud private database via Apple's CloudKit service. According
to Apple's privacy policy, your data may be transferred by Apple to Apple data centers worldwide.
This cross-border transfer and storage is managed and protected entirely by Apple as a system-level
service.
When you use cloud AI features such as translation or voice evaluation, de-identified text or audio
fragments necessary to complete the request may be temporarily transferred to third-party provider
servers located in other countries/regions. We require all service providers to adhere to strict
data protection standards, using these fragments solely for the anonymous computation of the current
request and deleting them immediately upon completion, prohibiting their use for model training or
user profiling.
Data Retention
AXIOM AI retains personal data only for so long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was
collected, including as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. We will retain your
personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. When
assessing retention periods, we first carefully examine whether it is necessary to retain the
personal data collected and, if retention is required, work to retain the personal data for the
shortest possible period permissible under law.
Since your learning data is stored in your iCloud private database, the retention of data is entirely
under your control. You can delete your account and all data at any time via the App's settings
page. Upon deletion, data is permanently removed from your iCloud private database and cannot be
recovered.
For data temporarily sent to third-party providers (such as text for translation), this data is used
only for real-time computation of the request; per our enterprise interfaces and service terms, such
data will not be used to train models or build user profiles and is deleted from the system
immediately after service completion, with no persistent storage.
Local Storage Technologies
Similar to cookies on websites, AXIOM AI uses on-device local storage technologies (such as
UserDefaults, SwiftData, and filesystem caching) to implement core functionality.
Strictly Necessary Storage
To record your word mastery and save your preferences (e.g., themes, sound effects), we must write
this data (including core algorithm model parameters) locally to your device. If this data is
cleared, the App won't function properly or progress will be lost.
Performance Caching
To save your data usage and improve loading speeds, we temporarily cache generated audio files or
images in your device sandbox. The system may automatically clear these caches when storage is low,
or you can clear them completely by reinstalling the App.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be published within the
App and marked with the update date. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will
notify you via App notification or other appropriate means. Continued use of the App indicates your
acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest
information.
